Your system sends an alarm signal to the central station wirelessly via either AT&T or Verizon LTE cellular and the system is also connected to your home or business WIFI Network for redundancy. Our central station partner Rapid Response (www.rrms.com) monitors your system 24 hours a day from one of 3 redundant facilities in Syracuse NY, Corona CA and Henderson NV.

For our home and business security systems we use the very best-in-class manufacturer - Johnson Controls (JCI). They offer several equipment lines including the DSC NEO and Qolsys IQ4.

Our systems are covered by either a 1-year or 3-year parts and labor warranty depending on which system is installed. We also offer worry-free service contracts covering all parts and labor as well as an annual system checkup after your initial warranty expires.

Yes, once the system is installed you own the system and all equipment, we do not lease systems. The only ongoing payment is for your 24-hour central station monitoring and maybe a service contract if you have chosen an extended worry-free warranty.

A typical installation is performed by 1 or 2 Technicians and is usually completed in one day. Larger systems may take longer to complete.

All our systems have a battery back-up that provides 24 hours of stand-by power to keep the system running even when the power is out. Once the power is restored the battery will recharge. The typical life of a stand-by battery is 3-5 years and should always be replaced after 5 years to ensure a reliable trouble-free system.
